The Biggest Moments from the 2016 CFDA Awards

Image by Museum of FIT via Flickr   The CFDA Awards are the Oscars of the fashion world, and they happened on Monday night. The event was set in NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom and emceed by comedian Joel McHale. It was surrounded by a boatload of press, and the guest list was a who's who of the fashion and entertainment industries. Here is a rundown of our favorite moments, followed by a list of winners:

1. Beyonce wore $9M worth of diamond Lorraine Schwartz jewelry (!)... go big or go home.

2. Emily Ratajkowski 's black silk Jason Wu slip dress was so of-the-moment and was the epitome of simple glamour. 4. One of our favorite fashion duos, Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne (of DKNY and Public School), walked the red carpet with Dwayne Wade and Canis Chow.

3. Olivia Wilde's baby bump was covered in a beautiful dark green Rosie Assoulin dress.

  5. Donna Karan walked the red carpet with her daughter Gabby... we love seeing them together.

And the 2016 CFDA Awards winners were...
