Shipping was FAST, they came well packed and in beautiful condition. You can trust their condition remarks 100%, they are completely transparent. I had purchased a Gucci bag in the past from the store and that was a great experience as well. It’s more fun than going to the individual retailers, so many brands in one place and some unique pieces from past seasons you couldn’t get in the stores back when they were being made and are no longer being manufactured. The online experience is a delight, but if you get a chance to visit the brick and mortar location, do it! The sales staff there are experts in designer fashion, so fun to shop with and super nice and helpful
