Arrived in a timely manner. Product in great condition although I don’t remember the description mentioning slight sagging on the bottom of the bag. It’s ok though.

As usual, I go in to look at the merchandise. I always go on the website first to view what I will be most interested in seeing. They’re so much fun and helpful. Excellent service. Bag was in perfect condition. The only feedback I have is the strong perfume smell on the dust bag which now has left a strong smell on the bag. Other than that the service, shopping and product is excellent
