Brooke provided me with great assistance and service over the phone. She answered all of questions before I decided to place an order. The only thing I found disappointing was how my purchase was packaged. The bag was squeezed into a small box when it should it should have been placed in a larger box. I had to stuff the bag with tissue in order to reshape it and get the creases out.
