For 22 years, Couture has been offering the widest selection in the region of pre-owned luxury handbags, jewelry, shoes and accessories from the finest luxury brands below retail cost.

Job Summary:

The Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales Assistant’s mission is to grow the store revenue by nurturing the loyalty of existing clients, recruiting new customers and building long lasting relationships with them.

Everyday tasks include, not limited to :

- Providing top notch customer service and a luxury experience in store, helping customers to find the right designer piece for them

- Managing the inventory: merchandising of the store, removing inventory sold online, entering sellers contracts

- Achieving set sales goals through proactive outreach, including social media posts

- Answering phone calls

Qualifications/Skills Required:

- Strong Customer Service skills

- Significant Sales experience in retail environment

- Friendly personality inclined to build and maintain relationships

- Solid knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories. The candidate will receive ongoing training from our experienced and passionate team about designer items.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Genuine willingness to help people and be part of a team

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Associate degree or higher required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour + uncapped commissions.
