I had been eyeing a Gucci bag for some time on other sites (I won't mention names, but they are VERY popular sites) and I was nervous to purchase with the no returns or exchange policy. Then Couture USA popped up. I hadn't heard of the store, so I did my research. Between the customer service, the online site, the fact that they have a storefront AND the return/exchange policy I was sold. I purchased my bag that was considered "great shape" and it literally looks brand new and unused. Some sites tend to misrepresent the item quality, and I have been disappointed. Not Couture USA.
