14-Day Return for a Refund - Online US Orders

In store purchases are FINAL Sales.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, all US orders are returnable within 14 days from the delivery date, and must be postmarked within that time frame.

In store pick ups must be picked up within 14 days from the order.

14-Day Return for Store Credit Only - Online US Orders 

Due to their rarity and high price, some items will show "14-Day Return - Store Credit Only" on the product page and cart page.

Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.
Once approved, you will receive a store credit.

Items Eligible for Return

In order to be eligible for return, all returned items must:

• be in the same condition as when they were purchased
• include all original accessories.

Any item that does not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a full refund or a full store credit.

• DO NOT REMOVE the security tags attached to your item or a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

All items sold at Couture USA are pre-owned ; Couture USA is not responsible for any damages that occur after purchase.

• Refunds on approved returned items will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.
• All refunds will be processed within the 2 business days following the reception and approval of the return. 
• Refunds will not include shipping costs.
• Store Credit
• Store Credit will be processed within 2 business days following the reception and approval of the return.
• The Store Credit is an eGift Card with a code that does not expire and that you can use online or in store.
• The Store Credit amount will not include any shipping costs.

• In Store Purchases are not returnable.
• International Orders are not returnable.
